I moved here almost 5 years ago. I've seen many positive changes take place with the new Manager and Assistant Manager. ... The residents are shown they are appreciated in many ways. i have to say the leasing office staff has been doing an amazing job. I been here for 10 plus years. The office staff is ... professional, caring they make you feel at home. Mrs. Sacheen Mathis also has a great supporting maintenance staff. They are very professional, respectful. They make sure the job is done right. It feels great to know that if i have any issues with my apartment. i can call Mrs Mathis and i know she will do everything possible to make it right. For the most amazing staff!
I gotta give my love and appreciation to the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of leasing for: Nilda and Margaret. ... Since I first visited the Palms Club while looking for an apartment, my wife and I met Nilda and Margaret and they made us feel right at home. They are just too nice, they have treated us as family. Helped us with everything we need and are always extremely friendly and kind. Everything they promised in terms of apartment we got and more. They quickly fixed any issues we saw and have always been attentive and responsive. It has been more than half a year and the love and attention has not stopped. For some reason the payment system has been having issues and they have been able to help us with any issues we experience and have make a possible uncomfortable moment enjoyable since every time we visit they make us feel great. They were able to help us to get our gate cards working and also helped us getting our mailbox keys fixed in a timely manner. I am thankful for having them at the leasing office since without them my experience would had not been the same. I want to thank them both for always treating my wife and I so well. Thank you for making this experience in our lives to be so pleasant and for always treating us with love and respect. I am glad to have you here and once again thank you!
